I’m Yasemin — a psychologist by academic training, holding a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with additional education in trauma-informed approaches.
I currently offer my work in Amsterdam and online, under the title of coach, which allows me to support people across countries and cultures.
This setup offers freedom — for deep, open-ended conversations that don’t follow a script, but follow what’s true. It’s no longer just about applying techniques or offering quick solutions.
What shapes my work the most is experience — spending years sitting with what hurts, both in myself and in others.
It’s the quiet, honest conversations — the ones without pretenses — that have guided me more than any manual ever could.
It’s no longer about fixing. Or even answering. It’s about being honest. Present. Human. And creating a space where that’s enough.
I mostly work with expats, international students, and people going through emotional transitions — those navigating new countries, unfamiliar roles, or the quiet in-between of who they were and who they’re becoming. Often, these are people who seem “fine” on the outside, but feel untethered inside.
My approach isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about gently exploring what’s already here — with curiosity, not judgment.
This is a space for honesty — not performance. For real conversations — not polished narratives.
If you’re tired of pretending and ready to explore what’s underneath, you’re in the right place.
