Currently not accepting bookings — launching soon...
Life doesn’t move in straight lines.
Sometimes it shatters what we knew and leaves us standing in the unknown.
Simply A Hand is an invitation —
to pause, be met, and take the next step with someone beside you. You just don’t have to do the hard work alone.
Why human connection still matters
A hand can’t be replaced by code.
There’s something in the quiet of being with another — not just being heard, but being felt.
This space isn’t about quick answers.
It’s about slowing down, sensing what’s real, and letting things unfold in their own time.
Some things can only be met heart to heart.

I’m a psychologist and coach for emotional transitions, with a background in clinical psychology and an MBA.
For the past two decades, I’ve been walking with people through emotional shifts, silent struggles, and life’s uncertain turns.
My work blends psychology with deep listening, non-judgment, and presence. I don’t offer answers — I offer a hand. Whether you're feeling lost, burnt out, or quietly shifting, you're welcome here.
“Things didn’t get fixed overnight. But I softened. I started to hear myself again. It was okay to not be okay.”
— T.B.
“I didn’t have the energy to explain what was wrong. I just knew I couldn’t keep pretending I was fine. This space asked nothing of me — and that’s what made it possible to begin again.”
— L.
“Moving to Amsterdam was supposed to feel exciting, but I just felt unanchored. Working with Yasemin gave me space to process everything I couldn’t say out loud — the grief, the guilt, the not-belonging. It helped me find steadiness again.”
— E. (expat, Amsterdam).”
Sometimes we meet in silence, in questions without answers.
In the weight of uncertainty, in the ache of change.
In the pause between what was and what will be.
In the quiet loneliness of not fitting in.
In the ache of not being seen, of not belonging — even to ourselves.
What It Is
* A space to "really" explore and meet yourself.
* A conversation that makes room for what’s unsaid.
* A safe space to question what you believe to be true.
* A place where you can soften, feel, and just be — without needing to explain everything.
And What It Isn’t
❌ A structured program
❌ A fix-it plan or performance
❌ A diagnosis, clinical therapy or mental health treatment
The only thing you need is the willingness to begin.
